Portable Digital Signage System
The following pricing is to provide a 42 inch flat panel display that will be mounted on a portable cart with a single channel digital creator/player as a source to the flat panel display. A laptop can be connected to the display for presentation purposes.

HD Video Conferencing System
The following pricing is to include a high definition video system to be shared between conference rooms. Video conferencing codec is a point-to-point system you and one other caller to be connected. If multi-site capability becomes necessary, up to four total calls can be added at a later date. The codec has the ability to allow computer based file sharing between sites. Each room will have one wall-mounted HD resolution camera. With the video conferencing codec being shared, the two room will be unable to schedule a video conference calls at the same time. When using the VTC system, each room will have control of the system from their room’s touch panel.

Video Conference Unit Integration Into Existing Projection System
The following pricing is to include wall shelf for video conferencing camera. The camera is to be located on the front wall near front screen location. Camera to be placed for best group and individual video conferences. Codec to be placed in close proximity to camera. Owner to provide power and data to location.

Audio Conferencing System
The following pricing is to provide audio processing equipment and a wired ceiling mounted microphone system for a conference room. Included will be seven ceiling microphones. A wireless lapel microphone system will be provided that allows the presenter to move about. A tabletop controller is provided to be used as a telephone dial pad to control the microphone system. Also, included are an audio amplifier, ten ceiling mounted speakers, a wall-mounted equipment rack, with locking front door, and power strip.

The following pricing is to provide a four-channel microphone mixer/audio processor, a for channel wireless receiver and four wireless microphones to be used in lieu of the wired microphones that come with the VTC system. Three boundary microphones and one wearable lavaliere type wireless microphone.

Conference Room AV System
The following pricing is to provide a ceiling mounted projector. Audio sources include a laptop connection and wall plate to provide connection for video and audio sources. Audio source will be distributed via projector’s integrated speakers. A wall panel will allow for control of the audio visual equipment. Control will include screen, up/down, projector on/off, source selection, and volume control. Programming of control panel to be provided.

Lectern
The following pricing is to provide a 40 inche wide lectern to be equipped with a locking keyboard drawer and locking cabinet doors. Lectern will have a mounted microphone, task light, rack mount, and top-mounted connection cubby for VGA audio, USB network and AC power for a laptop. Task light will be mounted on the right side and the microphone will be mounted on the left side.

Projector Display
The following pricing is to provide a ceiling mounted Mitsubishi FD630UG WUXGA (1920 x 1080) resolution wide aspect ratio, and 4000 Ansi Lumen projector. Existing motorized screen for projector is to be utilized. Existing screen is approximately 108 inch in width. The projector will provide a size of 108 inch wide and 67.5 inch high at a mounting distance of between 14 feet and 18 feet.
